Refund Procedure

 

 

REFUND POLICY   FOR   FULL TIME COURSES 

UK/ EU Students

Full fees are due 28 days in advance of course commencement. No refund of any fees will be made under any circumstances. The Talland School of Equitation will, however, hold any remaining fees in credit for learners to take in courses, livery or lessons within a year.

Talland School of Equitation LLP recommends that all learners take out adequate insurance to cover loss of fees due to them cancelling their course for whatever reason.

Non EU Students. Applying for full time courses.

All fees for student courses are due in advance of your visa application, payable to Talland School of Equitation, in order for us to process your letter of acceptance and sponsor licence application. These will be held until your application has been accepted or refused. If your application is refused you will be refunded in full less an administration charge of 2.5 % of the total fees.

WITHDRAWL OF SPONSORSHIP.

In the unlikely event of a student being expelled from their course, and sponsorship being withdrawn (following normal disciplinary procedures as set out in student induction pack); No refund will be given under any circumstances.

Examples of grounds for withdrawl include, but are not limited to;

Failure to follow regulations relating to conduct within the yard environment. Failure to comply with regulations relating to conduct within onsite accommodation.

Non- disclosure of any information which may have result on the students acceptance to the course, due to the high risk environment, this includes full disclosure of any current or previous medical issues ( all information will be held confidentially)

Any illegal activity.
