Please find below all details of our livery charges and details. We can also tailor things to be more specific under our competition livery option, so if you require something more tailored then please let us know what you may require, and we can work out the best package to suit you.
Full Livery prices included as standard. Livery fees due monthly in advance.
- All Hard Feed, Meadow Hay or Haylage (up to 10 kg dry weight per day) and Straw bedding as required or if you require shavings, a base bed of 6 bales (1 bale of shavings added per week) (additional can be purchased either on a monthly basis, or individually as required), Daily Mucking out, skipping out. Gain and Dengie Feedstuffs are included.
- Grooming, (grooming kit required) trimming, tack cleaning and handling for vet, farrier, saddler, or other health professional.
- Turnout if needed (Individually – weather permitting, or group turnout available 12 months of year) if NO individual turnout is available, then we will exercise 3 times a week inclusive (or if you use group turnout option)
- Exercise is not included as standard with full livery.
- Discounted lessons with all Instructors
- Use of all facilities including 60 x 60 outdoor arena 40 x 60 indoor arena to 8.00, including use of lights, (supplement for lights after 9.00 in winter months) Farm hacking. Cross country course (use only permitted with instructional supervision). Local road and off-road hacking is also excellent.
- All worming, vaccinations, routine shoeing, with one of our two farriers and supplementary feeding needs organised for you.
- Due to our busy competition schedule – we can assist you in getting out to competitions, including your entries, transport and grooming requirements, and training at shows if required.
- Late night checks and feeds. (9.00) we ask that horses are put away by 9.00 to enable them to be groomed and fed by 9.30. If you require to ride after this time, please inform the office each day so we can alter staff rota accordingly.

Student Livery for Full time BHS Students only.

Grass Livery (Students only)
- Use of all facilities including 60 x 60 outdoor arena 40 x 60 indoor arena to 8.00, including use of lights, (supplement for lights after 8.00 in winter months) Farm hacking, Cross country course (use only permitted with instructional supervision). Local road and off-road hacking is also excellent.
- Group turnout with mares/ geldings/ ponies.
- Hay through winter when in and in field (not haylage)
- Hard food November to March (available outside this time – costs on requirements)
- No stable included.

Tacking up £5
Exercise lunge/hack – £16 per session
Additional Schooling FROM £30 per session
Competition preparation & Plaiting. £25
Washing/ Drying Rugs and Equipment £10 per load (commercial machine)
Rug repairs: As charged by provider.
Clipping: £35 per hour. Hire of clippers £20 (to clip yourself)
Competition Transport @ £1.50 per mile/ number of horses on lorry. Driver/ groom @ 1x lesson (depending on rate of instructor) per half day subject to availability.
Horsebox/ trailer parking @ £1 per day
Lessons (as per normal charges) Billed at end of Month – with 20% discount on All.
Worming/ Farrier/ Veterinary & Physio charges
School lighting £5 per night, or £25 per week winter periods – if use required after 8pm
Extra bales of shavings available for £10 per bale.
Additional Forage: Haylage £10 per small bale .
Feed supplements/ veterinary products: as charged by provider.
Any breakages to facilities/ equipment will be recharged at cost price.
Schooling with any member of staff can be arranged as required, either on a one-off basis, or regular/ long term as you need. As on our regular pricelist.

Short- or Long-Term Full schooling, or Competition/ Training Livery available – Each horse’s requirements dealt with on an individual basis, Prices from £290 per week.
