WEBSITE PAYMENT

We accept payment via Cardstream Please visit the Cardstream website for their full terms and conditions.

Cardstream accepts:

• Visa (Debit/Delta/Electron)
• MasterCard (including Maestro)

The goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds have been paid in full to Talland School of Equitation.

ORDER NOTES

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Talland School of Equitation monitors prices on a regular basis. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, Talland  reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

By placing an order, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and those stated on our delivery page.

PRODUCTS

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery/collection date.

RETURNS POLICY & GUARANTEE

If you are a Consumer, by law you have the right to cancel your contract before you receive the products or to return any products to us within 7 working days after the date of receipt of the product. It is your responsibility to take care of the products provided by Talland Equestrian and also to ensure that the products and their packaging are not damaged.

Talland will accept returns only on faulty goods. Under these circumstances the buyer must notify and return the goods within 48 hours of receiving them.
